I enjoy working with young children because I get to play a significant part of their developmental journey. Helping them navigate emotions, build social skills, and develop resilience can have a lasting positive impact on their lives. My support extends to their families as well. Helping families understand and support their child’s needs can strengthen the family unit and create a supportive "culture" for the child to help them accomplish their goals.
I believe that every person is unique, and therefore, therapy should be tailored to fit each individual's specific needs. I focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, build self-awareness, and develop practical tools for managing stress and improving their overall quality of life. I look forward to the opportunity to support you and your child on their journey.
In my free time, I enjoy taking walks, visiting coffee shops, baking, meditating, doing yoga and spending time with loved ones.
