Redo/Retake/Revision Procedures
Re-take opportunities are only available for major assessments.
Students may retake the assessment one time.
To re-take the assessment a student must submit the retake request form within 5 school days of the grade being posted.
The student must have completed all minor grades associated with the assessment.
The student must complete any teacher directed re-learning.
The re-take assessment that is used must cover the same material, but the assessment/questions used is determined by the teacher.
