This is the students' go-to spot for what to do when they're finished with their work.

Free Rice - Practice your vocabulary skills AND help others. For every answer you get correct, the company donates 10 grains of rice through the World Food Programme. (This is the British spelling of program, and not a typo.) This is my personal favorite since it supports a good cause.
Owl Planes - I know this isn't very English-y, but I cannot begin to tell you how important it is to learn to type quickly and well. This is an interactive game where you race other people based on how quickly you type.
Here's another typing competition website that also gives tutorials.
Grammar Ninja - Take on ninjas by correctly identifying different parts of speech. Disclaimer: This game is created and maintained by high school students and overseen by their teacher. There could be some mistakes.
Poetry Cat - help a cat get through challenges by answering figurative language questions.
Poetry and Word Games - a variety of games that look elementary, but are very helpful for review.
