I am a hometown girl! My family has lived in Simpsonville for almost my entire life. I attended Clemson University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Secondary English Education in 2004. In 2007 I graduated from Clemson with my Masters of Arts in English  Literature. This is my 20th year at Hillcrest--my alma mater! 

I decided to become a high school English teacher because of the incredible teachers I had at Hillcrest. Also, I love working with teenagers--I think the teenage years are the most fun part of your life! 

My husband and I live in Greenville. We have two children, Brady & Grace, who are kind of the best thing ever.
