PSAT Test: October 12, 2022

• District-Wide Registration Window: August 26 - Sept. 12 @ 4PM **

• Pre-Administration Coding Day: October 6 (1st Period)

• Test Day: October 12, 2022

Sophomores and Juniors who registered using the Google Form sign-up posted on the school's website and Backpack.

• Juniors - $18

ARRIVAL

• Arrive to school by 8:30AM on test day to allow time to get to your testing room and settle in.

• Student testing room assignments will be posted outside of the Media Center and upon entrance to the Social Studies hallway.

• Students who arrive after Section 1 has started in their testing room will not be allowed to test.

• Students cannot be dismissed from the testing room for an early dismissal once testing has started in their testing room.

• There will be no makeup testing for absent students.

• If you do not attend the pre-administration coding session on October 6th and do not arrange a makeup session with Mrs. Johnson, you will not be able to test on October 12th per College Board rules.

WHAT TO BRING:

• 3-4 #2 Pencils with good erasers (NO mechanical pencils or pens!)

• An approved calculator (You must bring your own and cannot share one with others.)

  • • PSAT/NMSQT Approved Calculators

    • Extra batteries or a backup calculator may be brought

• A water bottle and/or snacks (to be used during breaks only)

• A school-produced student ID for identification purposes

Students should leave electronic devices (including but not limited to phones, personal computing devices, cameras, audio players, and wearable technology) at home on test day.

The Standard Time test length is 2 hours and 55 minutes (including breaks)

• Reading (60 minutes)

• Writing and Language (35 minutes)

• Math - No Calculator (25 minutes)

• Math - Calculator (45 minutes)

Students will eat lunch after testing is complete.
