Eastside High School Counseling Program's mission is to provide a comprehensive counseling program to meet the academic, emotional, social and career/transition needs of every student at Eastside High School by preparing them to be lifelong learners and productive citizens of a global society.
Counseling Office Hours
The Eastside High School Counseling Office is open from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. We encourage students to meet with us before or after school, between classes, or during lunch so that academic instruction is not being missed. Parent drop-ins are welcome, but we find often that a meeting that is scheduled with the student's counselor can be more productive in order to meet student needs. If you are interested in setting up a meeting, please find the counselor's Calendly link on their page.
Attention Males 17 & 18 Years of Age
Males 17 & 18 years old are reminded that when you turn 18, it is your civic responsibility to register with the Selective Service. Registering with the Selective Service is a federal law and those who fail to register may be denied student loans, job training, government jobs, and driver's licenses in most states. You can get a Selective Service registration card at your local post office or register online at www.sss.gov.
