About Mrs. Foster

I have been singing and in choirs my entire life, so there was no question that I wanted to direct my own one day. I studied music education at Anderson University and received my Masters in Music - Choral Conducting from Messiah University. I taught for five years in Anderson County before having my two children. After several years of teaching private music lessons and taking care of my two children, I am thrilled to be returning to the classroom at Eastside High!

Outside of school, I sing in the Greenville Chorale and their professional chamber choir, The Herring Chamber Ensemble. (Pictured to the right, members of the Greenville Chorale singing for legendary singer Andrea Bocelli at the Bon Secours Wellness Area in 2024)

My other hobbies include reading (mostly fantasy), video games, playing with my kids, thrifting, and playing music at my church.
