About Me

I am originally from Greenville, SC.  I graduated from Travelers Rest High School in 2006 and from The Citadel in 2010 with a BA in History.  I received my Masters in Teaching in the area of Social Studies in 2012 from Winthrop University.

I was a substitute teacher for Greenville County Schools from 2013 to 2023.    I taught U.S. History here at Wade Hampton for most of the 2022-2023 school year. This school year will be my second full year of teaching at Wade Hampton High School.  I also work part time at Chick fil-A.
