We do not have homework, but please check the take home folder daily for important information.
Make-up Work Policy
When children are absent, work will be made up when they return to school.
Grading Scale
Kindergarten and First Grade Grading Scale
Student progress in kindergarten and first grade is reported for South Carolina Academic Standards as follows:
M=The student consistently meets or exceeds end-of-year expectations for this standard
P=The student shows expected growth/progress in meeting this end-of- year standard
B=The student is beginning to progress toward meeting this end-of-year standard
N=The student needs intensive support at school and home to develop this end-of-year standard
If left blank, this standard was not addressed or assessed during this reporting period
Greenville County Schools Grading
eLearning Days
Beginning in 2020, GCS can declare eLearning days when weather or road conditions threaten safety. This allows instruction to continue remotely, even though students and teachers are not physically present in our schools. Students will have 5 days to complete eLearning work before being marked absent for the day.
*In the event of incliment weather, 4k will receive a work packet to complete at home and return when school resumes.

Quick Troubleshooting Tips:
Turn off WiFi on all devices you aren't using in the house.
Close out all internet windows and try getting back in.
Log out of Google and log back in.
Do a hard "shutdown of the computer" by holding down the power button until it goes off. Power back on and log in.
Click the blue and black lock at the bottom of the screen to "authenticate." Choose 6 hours.
