About Mr. Walker

 I graduated from Erskine College in Due West, South Carolina, with a degree in Physical Education and I also played on the baseball team.  I received my Elementary Education Certification from USCS and I received my Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Nova Southeastern University.

     I am a highly qualified teacher in my 24th year of teaching and my 13th year of teaching PE at Duncan Chapel Elementary.  I taught my first six years in Spartanburg County District Five and the last 17 years in Greenville.  I had taught 4th and 5th grades in the classroom for 11 years before moving to Physical Education.

     I am married to my beautiful wife Stephanie, who is a fourth grade teacher in Spartanburg District Five, and we have two boys, Brett who is 15 years old and Brooks who is 9 years old.
