DESIGN AND MODELING [DM]

This course will allow students to work collaboratively throughout the Design Process to complete a series of design challenges with a focus on workflow, creativity, and opportunity. The communication and application of engineering principles is facilitated through a focused STEM curriculum. In addition, students will utilize thumbnail, perspective, isometric, and multiview sketching throughout the course to document prototype design and mechanical dissections. Measurement conversion and dimensioning skills will be applied to hand and computer-aided drawings.
