Schedule

Every student’s schedule is individualized based on their individual needs. Students receive specialized instruction in the areas that are outlined in their Individualized Education Plans (IEP's).

Recess, lunch, related arts, social studies and science times are based on the students’ grade level. Please contact their general education teacher for their specific schedule.

Syllabus

Reading, writing, and math instruction are specifically designed to meet students’ individual needs based on their IEP goals. Intensive reading and math programs are used throughout the day. Writing instruction accompanies reading instruction using a multisensory approach.

Grades

The grades that students receive will be based on a modified curriculum. Students who are in the general education setting for science and social studies will receive grades from their general education teacher. Parents may access student grades through Backpack. IEP progress reports and report cards will be sent home quarterly.
