Students must meet the criteria below to participate in Dolphin Singers.

Criteria For Participation:

Students must maintain academic grades of a “C” and above. (“M” and above for Related Arts)

Students must demonstrate positive behavior throughout the school and should not have any disciplinary referrals or suspensions.

Students must attend chorus rehearsals consistently and participate in scheduled programs. 

(If a child is ill, an emergency situation occurs or there is a family issue I understand. Please just send a note, Seesaw, email, or leave me a phone message. If I find that a students is missing on purpose or just not coming to programs that is when it becomes an issue.)

Students should arrive on time to rehearsal and not have frequent tardies.

Consequences for not adhering the rules:

1. The Student will be given a warning and Mr. Forster will consult with the students about behavior followed by a phone call home to the family. 

2. The Student will be removed from rehearsal and put on probation if the behavior/issues are repeated. Mr. Forster will give the students a note indicating they are on probation from chorus that states when they may return. It is the student’s responsibility to keep up with this information. 

3. If a student has repeatedly broken the criteria for participation and has been on probation the student will no longer be allowed to participate in chorus.
