My name is Beth Southern and I am originally from North Carolina. I have been married for 39 years and we have 2 beautiful adopted children. I have spent over 20 years educating those from birth to adulthood in different capacities. This includes several years of home schooling my children in their early years. I have a degree in Social Work and furthered my education by obtaining a certificate in Autism. I love seeing children learn and equipping them to be future leaders. For fun I like to be at a bonfire, entertaining in my home and shopping on Amazon. My favorite thing to eat is Pizza. I believe learning can be fun and hope to support learning through ways that bring success to our students. Being at Duncan Chapel Elementary School makes me happy
