Meet your teachers

My name is Julia Darnell and I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year. This is my 23rd year teaching preschool special education in Greenville County Schools.  I went to Presbyterian College, majoring in Special Education, and did my student teaching with the Preschool Special Education Program in Greenville County. I love this program and have been a part of this program ever since. My husband, Justin, and I have 2 sons, McLeod is in 11th grade and McCall is starting the 6th grade. We have 3 dogs,  Max, Ellie, and Buster.  We love being at the beach,  the baseball, soccer, or football field or just at home hanging out with friends and family.  I know we are going to have a great year and I am always willing to help in any way I can. My goal is that every child learns to be independant and grows in their skills to be successful in all aspects of their lives.  We have a great team and we look forward to a great year.
