About Mr. Danku 

Hi everyone! I’m Mr. Justice Danku, and I’m so excited to be your math teacher this year! I’m originally from Ghana, and I’ve been teaching math for over 23 years from middle school to high school, in different parts of the world. 

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a Master’s in Mathematics Education, but what I love most is making math meaningful and fun for my students.

I’m a proud husband and a dad to two amazing kids. When I’m not teaching, you can usually find me traveling to explore new places, playing or coaching soccer and volleyball, or just enjoying time with my family.

 I believe that math isn’t just about numbers, it’s about problem-solving, creativity, and learning how to think in new ways.

This year, I can’t wait to help you see how math connects to the real world, challenge you to think deeply, and cheer you on as you grow.

My name is Lisa Cook.  I have taught in the Greenville County School District for 29 years.  I have a Master's plus 30, I am National Board certified and highly qualified in middle-level mathematics. In my spare time, I enjoy camping, fishing, hiking and spending time at the beach and lake with my husband and three children.
