My Teaching Philosophy

The advantage of working in a small setting with students is that you are able to work one on one with the student. I feel that the more time you spend learning how the student learns helps you to understand how to be able to tailor the assignment to the individual. This is a particularly important trait in our facilities because our clients have been through so much. If a student leaves with a more open view of education and an increased thirst for knowledge, then I have done my job.
