Daily Agendas 

Unit plans are an outline of instruction for the class.  However, we are a culinary arts class, and the class is just as alive as a sourdough starter.  This means we will teach this, but we may have to rearrange our scheduling on a daily basis.  It is always best for a student to check with Che Twaler when absent, to cover what they have missed.
