Nothing is more challenging as a parent than when your child is struggling  in any capacity. My desire to help parents and children with challenges led me into this position. My goal is to provide compassionate support and encouragement to families who need it most. I want to help children learn how to safely express and process their difficult emotions and learn better ways of coping.  I have worked in a school setting as a counselor for over 14 years, and as a Licensed Professional Counselor outside of school since 2022.  I truly want to partner with families to see best outcomes happen for their children. Together we can do hard things.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and have experience treating anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, suicidality and a variety of other concerns. My approach is  client-centered, strengths based, and solution focused. I am trained in the following treatment modalities: anxiety reduction interventions, solution focused skills, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma focused therapy.
