About the Teacher

I am honored to work with your children.  It is my goal to develop lifelong learners while helping them become well-prepared for their high school studies and college/career by focusing on the necessary communication skills to be successful in all aspects of life.  

I believe in the importance of relationships, relevance and writing.  I have extended my work in the classroom to facilitate events to develop servant leaders and have worked on various committees focusing on student achievement, along with climate and culture at the building and district levels.  I hold additional certifications and endorsements in Principalship, ESOL and Gifted Education.    

I have two grown children, along with a daughter-in-law and three grandchildren.
