Miss Cotton (Lead Teacher)

My name is Lauren Cotton, I am originally from Shreveport, Louisiana and moved to Greenville in 2017! I graduated in May 2017 from LSU with a dual degree in Elementary/Special Education. I have two rescue animals, a dog named Marble and a cat named Shiloh. I love spending time with my fur babies at home while reading a good book or exploring South Carolina with Marble! I had the privilege of starting my first year of teaching here at Simpsonville Elementary as a K5-5 multicatigorical self-contained special education teacher. I am excited and honored to continue my teaching journey here at SES as a K5-3 multicatigorical self-contained teacher. I am so happy to have Mr. Shelf's assistance in our "garden" this year! I cannot wait to learn and grow along side your child as they blossom this 2019-2020 school year!
