About Me - Matthew Rochester

I am from Greer, SC and have lived there my whole life. I am a graduate of Greer High School and went on to pursue a degree in Sports Management (Coaching) at North Greenville University. While at North Greenville I was a member of the football team were I was a 4-year starter, voted Team Captain by my teammates my senior year, and voted to the Division II Region II All-Region Team. After receiving my undergraduate degree, I was then blessed to become a Graduate Assistant Strength Coach/Tight Ends Coach at North Greenville University where I earned a Masters Degree in Education. I have been in education for four years now, but this will be my first year in the classroom/gym.

I am happily married to my beautiful wife and we have one son. He fills most of our days when we are not at work/school and we could not love that more. I am also the Head Football Coach at Riverside High School so my family is a big part of what I do. When I am not at school or coaching football you can find me on the golf course or spending time with my family. We are going to have a great year and I look forward to meeting each and every one of my new students.
