Class overview

The Woodmont Middle School Physical Education Department is committed to getting students moving and having fun with physical education. A healthy lifestyle is key to a student's education and learning. A healthy student is a better learner. With this in mind the PE program will expose students to a variety of sports and activities that will hopefully interest them to be active outside of the class as well.

Attached is the link for the Comprehensive Health and Sexual Education Exemption form. If your parents/guardian does not want you to take this unit they will need to contact the school or send this form or a note or email to me stating they do not want you to take this unit.
