About the Teacher

Greer Family, 

I’m thrilled to join Greer Middle School as your newest Physical Education teacher! My passion for education stems from the profound impact my own teachers had on me as a student. 

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and am committed to creating an inclusive, engaging classroom where every student’s needs, interests, and abilities are valued. My goal is to make physical education both fun and educational, helping students build healthy habits and life skills through movement. 

Outside of teaching, I love the LSU Tigers, skateboarding, golfing, weightlifting, and taking long walks with my wife, Katie, followed by a good show to unwind. My biggest passion is wrestling—I competed for over ten years and have coached for the last seven! This year, I’m excited to inspire, support, and empower students to embrace physical activity and prepare for their futures. Let’s make the 2025–2026 school year the best yet!
