About Me

Welcome to Coach Carmona's BMS P.E. class. I look forward to teaching you and providing you with tools for becoming a lifelong mover. I am grateful to be a part of the BMS family. I've lived in Travelers Rest for the majority of my life. I graduated USC Upstate with a Physical Education degree, joined the Army Infantry right after college, and came back to South Carolina to teach. I enjoy exercise, playing with my 2 dogs, hanging out with friends, watching football (Go Dawgs) and eating. My goal for this school year is to show all students a variety of ways to continue being active outside of school and explain the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
