About Me

Hello, I am very excited to be working with your student this year in 8th Grade!  This will be my 3rd year at League Academy.  This is my 16th year teaching, and spent 12 years teaching in Florida and 1 year in Virginia.  I have taught Math 8, Algebra 1, Physical Education, and Health at the Middle School and High School levels. 

I attended the University of South Florida for my undergraduate degree, Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in K-12 Physical Education. Then, attended Ohio University for my Masters Degree, Master of Science in Recreation and Sports Science with an emphasis in Coaching Education. 

I do go by Coach Adams.  I spent the first 13 years teaching and Coaching sports at the Middle and High School level.  I Coached Track and Field, Basketball, Football, Girls Flag Football, Volleyball and Weightlifting.  Currently enjoying coaching my son's youth teams and will be the Boys and Girls Head Basketball Coach this year at LEAGUE!!

Outside of school, I spend time with my Family, my wife Christine, son Calhen, and 4 dogs Twix, Bruno, Opal, and Shadow.
