Grading
For third through fifth graders we do a standard base grading scale. 1 being not met, 2 approaching the standard, 3 met the standard and 4 excedes the standard. When your child enters my class they all start at a 2 grade. My job and goal will be to get every student to a 3 or 4. I will not and do not grade on behavior or dressing out. I have a seperate procedure that deals with behavior.
