PE Rules & Expectations: Play Hard, Play Safe, Play Fair!

Welcome to Physical Education! To make sure everyone has a fun, safe, and active year, we follow three simple core principles every day:

• Safety First (Protect Yourself & Others): Keep your hands and feet to yourself, pay attention to teacher signals, and use equipment only as directed. Always stay aware of your personal space (your "bubble") while moving.

• Respect Everyone & Everything: Treat your classmates, teachers, and gym equipment with care. Encourage others, use kind words, listen when someone is speaking, and practice good sportsmanship whether you win or lose.

• Social & Emotional Growth: PE is a safe space to try new things, work as a team, and learn from mistakes. Bring a positive attitude, manage frustration constructively, and celebrate your teammates' successes!

👟 Daily Footwear Requirement To participate safely, proper athletic sneakers are required every day. Sneakers must have rubber soles, closed toes, and be securely laced or strapped. Slip-ons, sandals, boots, crocs, or dress shoes are not safe for gym activities and will prevent you from participating.
