About the Teacher

My name is Tyler McKinney. I grew up near North Greenville University and I am a Blue Ridge High graduate. After high school I attended North Greenville University where I received my Bachelors Degree in Secondary Social Studies Education. In college I also met my beautiful wife Amanda. We have three amazing boys and one princess. I am currently teaching U.S. History and I am The Head Track and Field Coach here at Blue Ridge.
