Bridging Gaps to Overcome Barriers - Our Mission is to bridge the gap between communities and schools, invest in data-driven strategies, and evaluate program effectiveness to eliminate barriers and advance student success. 

OnTrack Greenville connects students and families to a network of resources that support academic success, mental wellness, and community connection. Carolina High School has a dedicated, full-time OnTrack Facilitator who works hand-in-hand with the school principal, counselors, and local organizations to make sure students stay on the path to on-time graduation.

OnTrack Greenville Facilitators are trusted champions within the school — coordinating support services, following up with students, and ensuring families have access to the tools they need. Whether it’s tutoring, mental health care, mentoring, or basic needs support, our facilitators help bridge the gap between school and community, one student at a time.
