My classes

The classes the students take are driven by their IGP's (individual graduation plan) and IEP's (Individual Education Plans). My educational support classes are designed to help the students to be successful in the general education environment. My Employability Credential classes help the students receive the best education possible depending on their disability area. The leadership/character education class helps the students as they transition from middle/high school into adult hood to be a viable successful adult.

My teaching philosophy

My instructional philosophy is two-fold. My first objective is to help my students to be successful in their education classes. My second objective to help strengthen deficit areas, as identified on the individual education plan (IEP). Deficit areas will be improved as we work collectively either in a group or individually.
