About Me

Hello there! My name is Merianne Scheidhauer. I am a professional Pastry Chef with over 25 years experience in the Hospitality and Foodservice Industry.

I went to school here in the Upstate at The Culinary Institute of the Carolinas at Greenville Technical College.

I have worked in many facets of the Industry from Restaurants, to Private Clubs. I am excited to bring my knowledge of food and the Industry to aspiring young culinarians!

When I'm not in the kitchen, you can find me spending time with my ever growing family- My retired Chef/ Instructor Husband Alan, our 4 boys, three daughter in laws, and 6 grandbabies! Or, on the back of one of the several horses I spend my free time training.
