I grew up in Greenville and come from a family of teachers! My mom, aunt, 4 cousins, sister-in-law, and niece were or still are teachers! I attended Lander University and received my Master's degree from Converse. I renewed my Nationals Boards in 2013.

My husband and I have been married for 28 years, and we have two beautiful daughters, Alyssa and Jennifer. I enjoy reading, traveling, spending time with my family, and cheering on our Clemson Tigers!
