The Basics
This is my fifteenth year working for Greenville County Schools, and my second year at Hillcrest High School. Before coming to Hillcrest High School, I worked at Northwest Middle School and Wade Hampton High School, and I have taught Chemistry 1 CP, Chemistry 1 Honors, Chemistry 2 Honors, AP Chemistry, Algebra 2 CP, and SAT Math Prep.
In June 2023, my husband and I got married.

Education
I was born and raised in Wisconsin, and then decided to head even further north to Michigan's Upper Peninsula for college.
I graduated from Northern Michigan University earning my Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Mathematics Education. I obtained my Gifted and Talented Certification in June 2012, I earned my Masters of Education from Anderson University in May 2014, and I obtained my AP Chemistry Certification in July 2015. In December 2018, I earned my Educational Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University.

Outside of school I love to travel, cook, build Legos, spend time with friends and family, and cheer on the Green Bay Packers every Sunday during football season.
