I am super excited to be teaching science on Team 7-3 this year. I am originally from Greenville and am glad to be back in my hometown. I graduated from Winthrop University with a Bachelor's degree in Middle-Level Education.

Teaching has always been my passion, and I strive to make school a fun and safe place for all students. I was honored to be named the 2024-2025 Teacher of the Year at Mauldin Middle.

I am also a proud mom of a toddler and wife to a fellow teacher at Fisher Middle, which gives me a special appreciation for the importance of education and family balance.

My goal in the classroom is not only to teach science but also to show students that learning and discovering can be exciting. I want every student to know that I will always be their biggest cheerleader!

In addition to teaching, I coach the robotics team at Mauldin Middle. When I’m not at school, you can often find me at a student’s game—I love supporting my students in their extracurricular activities!
