I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and tell you how excited I am to be teaching your child this year. My name is Cindy Carroll and I am the full-time special education resource teacher at Westcliffe Elementary School. I am a highly qualified educator. I received my Bachelors from USC, my Masters and EdS from Radford University and my PhD from Virginia Tech. I am looking forward to working with you and your child as we navigate the school year together!
