I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and share how excited I am to be working with your child this year. My name is Cindy Carroll, and I am the full-time Special Education Resource Teacher at Westcliffe Elementary School. I am a highly qualified educator with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina, a Master’s degree and Educational Specialist degree from Radford University, and a Ph.D. from Virginia Tech.
