Hello! My name is LaVenique Campbell, and I’m excited to serve as your 8th grade Assistant Principal this school year. I was born in California and later made my way to the Northeast, where I’ve continued to grow both personally and professionally. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from Pennsylvania State University and my Master’s in Education Leadership from Grand Canyon University.
Over the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of working as an educator in several states, including Pennsylvania, Florida, New Mexico, Kansas, New York, and South Carolina. These experiences have allowed me to connect with students and celebrate the rich diversity found across our country. I spent four years in the classroom before moving into leadership roles, and I still carry that classroom heart with me every day.
I am passionate about supporting students as they build the soft skills they’ll need in the 21st century and helping them connect what they’re learning in school to real-world experiences and their future goals. I believe in creating a school environment where every student is inspired to reach their potential.
Outside of school, I’m a proud mom of two amazing kids and a dog lover with three furry companions who keep me on my toes. I’m a big foodie who loves trying new dishes, and I find joy in exploring art and new experiences.
I’m truly looking forward to an incredible school year together. I'm excited to partner with you in making this year one of connection, growth, and success! Please contact me if needed.
