I am beginning my 37th year of teaching. I have always known that I wanted to be a teacher and am excited to have the opportunity to work with so many students. I love to travel and have been to many different countries over the years including Mexico, Greece, Spain, Italy, England, France, Tanzania, Scotland, Ireland and I added Germany and Switzerland to the list this past summer.
I am teaching Spanish 1 - 4 in the Greenville County Virtual Program for the 2026-2027 school year. I am also teaching Spanish 3 CP and Honors through the asynchronous program.

Tutoring/Extra Help
Students can receive extra help, make up missed assessments, etc. during enrichment from 11:35-12:15.
Students generally have time in our meets as well to get extra help right away.

Students are counted present when they are in our Google Meet for the entire class time until dismissed by the teacher and their full face can be seen in the camera. Students must also respond when called upon by the teacher.
If I am absent then attendance is taken by students completing the assignments for that day and turning the completed assignments in by the end of the school day (4:00).
Any student who misses school must submit a written excuse for absences by his or her parent or legal guardian or a healthcare professional.

All grades for your student will be posted within seven (7) calendar days from the date the assignment/assessment is collected. Major projects and will have grades posted within fourteen (14) calendar days of collecting the assignment.
