About me
"Teacher is my profession, teaching is my passion, and children are my inspiration."
Hello! I'm Ms. Cadornigara, but feel free to call me Ms. C. I am a Special Education graduate and teach Special Education in the Philippines.
Teaching special education is a beautiful way to make a meaningful difference in students' lives. It’s about helping each child shine in their own unique way and celebrating their individual progress and achievements.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, playing soccer, and badminton.
Theater is a true passion of mine—there’s something magical about bringing stories to life on stage. I have a deep love for children and cherish opportunities to play and engage with them in creative ways.
I hail from the beautiful Philippines, often called the "Pearl of the Orient Seas." You might notice that many of us have a Hispanic appearance due to the 333 years of Spanish colonization.
Here’s an intriguing fact:
The Philippines is an archipelago with a staggering 7,641 islands!
Coron Palawan
Chocolate Hills
Maria Cristina Falls
Oslob Cebu
Banaue Rice Terraces
Isla Gigantes
Boracay
Mt. Pulag
There are 100 volcanoes in the Philippines listed by the Smithsonian Institution's Global Volcanism Program (GVP) at present, of which 20 are categorized as "historical" and 59 as "Holocene".
The Philippines boasts a rich and diverse culinary landscape, reflecting its history, geography, and cultural influences. Here are some highlights of Filipino cuisine:
Adobo - Often considered the national dish, Adobo is a savory stew made with chicken or pork marinated in soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and bay leaves. It’s cooked until tender and flavorful, with a tangy, slightly sweet sauce.
Lechon - A festive dish featuring a whole roasted pig, Lechon is renowned for its crispy skin and tender, flavorful meat. It’s often the centerpiece of celebrations and special occasions.
Lumpiang Shanghai - These are Filipino-style spring rolls, filled with a savory mixture of ground pork, shrimp, and vegetables, then fried to a crispy perfection. They’re often served as appetizers or party snacks.
Halo-Halo - A beloved dessert, Halo-Halo is a refreshing mix of crushed ice, evaporated milk, and a variety of ingredients like sweetened beans, fruits, jellies, and leche flan, topped with a scoop of ube (purple yam) ice cream.
Mabuhay!
