Kahn Academy- Kahn Academy offers video tutorials on several math concepts.
Xtra Math is a free math fact fluency program that helps students master addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Create a free account and your child will take a placement test to start the program.
Math Playground is a website with a plethora of online games and activities. You can search for games by skill and level.
ELA
Readworks- ReadWorks provides free, high-quality texts and resources for students and teachers to improve reading skills and knowledge.
Mr. Nussbaum- MrNussbaum.com is a kids website that features over 10,000 online and printable activities including over 400 games, tutorials, simulations, videos, interactive maps, research tools, and more.
ABCya- Great site if you are practicing reading on your own.
Starfall- Starfall activities are research-based and align with state learning objectives for English language arts and mathematics. Its emphasis on phonemic awareness, systematic sequential phonics, and common sight words in conjunction with audiovisual interactivity is especially effective for teaching emergent readers, children of all ages with special needs or learning difficulties, as well as ELL (ESL) students.
