About Me

Hi, I’m Mrs. Brooke Smith! 

I grew up in Montana, but came to South Carolina to go to  Furman University, where I received my bachelors and master's degrees in education. I am married to my husband Brad, and we have three wonderful children: Arianna, Addie, and Owen, and a dog named Smokey :)  My husband went to Sara Collins (back in the olden days) and all of my children have either graduated from, or are currently attending Sara Collins.

 I have over 20 years experience teaching preschool, kindergarten and reading intervention in grades K-2. I am so happy to be teaching first grade here at Sara Collins!  It is amazing to watch how first graders grow academically and physically.  I think they are the best!
