My dad was an officer in the NAVY, so I have grown up all over the United States. I ended up in South Carolina in 2003 and a lot of my family has now settled down here as well. They fell in love with Greenville as much as I did.  My husband and I have 4 boys and and a girl. We also have four grandbabies!!!

I earned my undergraduate degree from Chadron State College (western side of Nebraska) and my graduate degree from Furman University. I have been teaching at Blue Ridge Middle since 2003. I have taught all 3 grades here and am looking forward to starting another year teaching 7th grade. 

7th graders are the best of the bunch!
