About Me

Hi, my name is Kelli Bechtel. I am teaching sixth grade Science on Team 6-3. This is my 18th  year teaching and I LOVE being at Blue Ridge Middle School!!

I was born and raised in Westerville, OH. I received my B.A. in Middle School Education from the University of South Carolina with a certificate for middle school Science & Social Studies and my M. Ed from Clemson University.

My husband’s name is Vince; we have been married for 18 years. He is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the TempestAero Group located here in Greenville. Our daughter's name is Audri Grace and  we have a son, Sam. Our family is complete with our cat Annie and our pound puppy Piper.

I love to hear all about my student’s interests & the fun things they do on the weekends. I do my best to attend events here at BRMS as often as possible.

I love being with my family, reading a good book, cooking/baking, & watching Ohio State football.

I am looking forward to a great school year.
