Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year at Bryson Middle School.  I am excited to begin my third year teaching chorus and music theater at Bryson.  I relocated to Greenville from Raleigh, NC.  where I taught middle and high school chorus and theatre for over 22 years. I graduated from Meredith College in Raleigh with a dual Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance and Music Education. I performed as solo pianist with the Raleigh Symphony  and accompanied the Meredith Chorale on a Scandanavian tour.  Along with my tenure as a public school teacher in NC, I was also the Director of the Johnston County Chorus and Vocal Director and accompanist for Carolina Youth Theatre for over 10 years. Along with my  passion for musical productions I enjoy singing and playing the piano and  I love to encourage students of all ages to discover and share their musical talents in their school and community. I enjoy spending time with my daughter who lives in Greenville, my son in Chattanooga, and walking my dog Jax. I look forward to an awesome year with the Bryson Bulldog family.
