Beth Farmer, Principal

Westcliffe Elementary

Westcliffe Wildcats are WILD ABOUT LEARNING

Westcliffe is truly a place where students are loved and given opportunities for academic achievement and social emotional growth and support. Our school staff is second to none with their knowledge of teaching and the needs of students.  It is my pleasure to serve the Westcliffe community alongside them.

This is my nineteenth year in education and my ninth year at Westcliffe Elementary, and it will be my honor to serve as the principal of this great school beginning the 2023-2024 school year. I started my teaching career at Brushy Creek Elementary where I taught third, fourth and fifth grades.  I earned a degree from Wofford College in Accounting, an MAT in Elementary Education from Converse College, and an EDS in Administration and Supervision from Clemson University.

My husband, John, and I are both educators, and we have two children, Will and Mandy. We enjoy gardening and taking trips to the beach each summer.   We also enjoy Clemson Football!

I am proud to be a Westcliffe Wildcat and look forward to working with students, families, and our staff for many years to come!
