Service Log
Logs must be printed and physically signed by service sponsors. Photos of logs must be digitally uploaded each semester in Google Classroom.

Service Hour Requirements (found in Beta Handbook)
All beta club members are required to log 12 service hours per SEMESTER, and 3 of those hours must be Beta hours.
A Beta hour is an hour of service planned and sponsored by Beta Club. Beta Hours will ALWAYS be clearly indicated on Google Classroom.
Officers may post service opportunities sent by outside organizations or opportunities from within our school; however, they are not always Beta hours. Ask an officer if you have doubts about a service opportunity.
Members must record service hours on J.L. Mann Beta Club service logs. All logs must have:
Your name and advisory
The name, signature, and contact information of each sponsor for your service
Your signature to ensure validity
Logs should be printed, physically signed, and uploaded as an image to the Membership Record form in Google Classroom each semester.
