REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Please contact our Registrar, Darcy Weisman (dweisman@greenvilleschools.us), if you wish to enroll or withdraw a student from Beck Academy.

How Registration Works

Step 1: Students receive registration information in homeroom 

Step 2: Students discuss course requests with families.

Step 3: Students submit requests in Social Studies class with counselor and teacher.

Step 4: Counselors review and input request

Step 5: End of March request letters go home, all changes must be made by APRIL 1st. 

Rising 9th Grade Information: 

• High School Curriculum Night, dates will be listed below as they are received

        • Woodmont High 

        • Wade Hampton High 

        • Riverside High 

        • JL Mann 

        • Southside High

• Eighth grade teachers will recommend students for 9th grade classes at the beginning of February.

• Students will fill out a registration card. They are expected to tell adults at home prior to registration. 

• Students will choose electives as well as alternates during registration at school with the school counselors in Februrary. 

• Registration letters will be sent home with students at the beginning of March for parents to sign and return to BECK if satisfied with courses. 

No Changes after April 1st, per district and HS policy!
