Have to Miss School?
We need to know why students are absent. Without any communication, those days will be recorded as unexcused. You may submit the reason for the student's absence by ONE of the following methods:
Electronically through our Absentee Google Form
A hard copy, a scan, a email or a fax of a Doctor's note
An email or a handwritten note from the student's legal guardian. Please include the following details in your note:
Student’s legal first & last name
Teacher/Grade
Date(s) missed
Reason for the absence
Parent or guardian’s signature
***Any student who has three CONSECUTIVE unlawful absences OR a TOTAL of five unlawful absences if considered truant.***
Running Late OR Leaving Early?
School starts at 7:45 AM. If your child arrives after the bell rings, they must stop by the front office or the Attendance window to be signed in.
School is dismissed at 2:15 PM. All early dismissals must be done before 1:45 PM.
Students must be signed in/out in person at the front office.
A driver's license is required from whoever is picking up the student.
Only designated adults are permitted to pick up students from school (permission cards with designees should have been submitted to at beginning of the year)
