This is my 24th year in education. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from South Carolina State University, followed by a Master’s in Education from Columbia College and a Master’s in School Counseling from Liberty University.
I began my career as a middle and high school Family and Consumer Sciences teacher. Currently, I serve as a School Counselor at Greer High School and continue to pursue my passion for teaching as a part-time Family and Consumer Sciences teacher with Greenville County Virtual School (GCVS). Although I truly enjoyed my time in the classroom, I became a school counselor to make a meaningful impact beyond its walls.
I value building strong professional relationships and am committed to providing all students with opportunities for personal and academic growth during high school and beyond.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our three children, and our dog, GiGi.
