About Miss Sweeney

This is my first year at Sterling and I am so excited to be joining the first grade team! I was born in Columbia, SC, but spent a lot of my childhood in Orlando, Florida.

I moved to Pennsylvania and got my degree in Early Childhood Education at Millersville University before moving to Greenville this past summer. Greenville has so much to offer and I am looking forward to getting to explore the area throughout the year. 

My goal as a teacher is to provide each of my students with a positive and loving learning environment where learning is an enjoyable thing for all of them. I am looking forward to working along side amazing families as the school year progresses.
